Medical Bellows
Medical Bellows come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Our most popular bellows are those that cover lifting mechanisms on positioning tables. These bellows are based on an internal wire structure. Made from stainless steel, these internal wires define the outer shape of the bellows while providing impact resistance. These wires are placed inside an outer polymer material that is compatible with most fluids found in the medical setting.
Our selection of materials for these wire insert bellows are resistant to burning and meet UL94 VTM specifications. Additionally, most materials feature anti-microbial finishes. These materials come in a wide selection of colors and can even be colorized to match your equipment. We also offer these bellows with a zipper so the bellows can be easily removed for service or access to machine internals.
Because of the design of these bellows, no tooling or setup fees are required in most cases. We have the ability to manufacture small runs or large orders, completely customized and with short lead times.
