3 Sided Bellows
Three sided bellows are generally used to protect linear ways and motion control products.
These bellows can be used in any axis of movement and provide outstanding opened/closed ratios.
We offer a side variety of material combinations for compatibility with many solvents and
chemicals used in industrial processing.
We offer bellows for excessive heat applications as well. Our range of materials allow our bellows to be exposed to contact temperatures in excess of 800°F (426°C). When specifying high temperature requirements, it is important to know if the elevated temperatures are the result of contact temperature or environmental temperature. (ex: spatter from welding versus placing the bellows inside an oven).
For the most demanding conditions, we offer slat protectors for an extra bit of protection. The slats are made from aluminum or stainless steel, all in completely customizable sizes. These slats are attached to the upper pleats of the bellows allowing them to be raised for cleaning.
