Enclosed Bellows
The term enclosed bellows covers a broad
range of products. Enclosed bellows can be used to cover anything
from laser beams to scissor lifts. We have on hand a wide selection of materials and manufacturing methods to
cover almost any application.
For applications such as industrial lifts, we would choose a durable coated fabric material that can withstand dirt, light chemical and oils, and are rip resistant. These materials are easily cleaned and can be made to order at custom sizes.
Similar enclosed bellows are used in the medical field to cover lift/tilt mechanisms on surgical and scanning machines. These bellows use flame retardant materials that come in light colors such as off-white and light grays.
For smaller enclosed applications, we can provide pleated bellows that can be completely customized. These bellows come in a wide material selection and offer protection from synthetic fluids, oils, machining operations, and high temperatures. For optical applications, we offer light-tight materials as well.
